I’ve tried a lot of “healthy” breakfasts that leave me rummaging through the pantry an hour later. This one has officially earned a permanent spot in Mai rotation.
Lately I’ve been obsessed with the Space Brownie Overnight Oats from Oats Overnight (they have A LOT of different flavors which are all equally delicious) mixed with Fairlife Nutrition Plan shake instead of milk. It transforms an already protein-packed breakfast into something that tastes more like chocolate brownie batter than oatmeal. The texture is thick, creamy and surprisingly indulgent. If you’re someone who struggles to eat breakfast or gets bored with plain oats, this is an easy upgrade.
What I love most is how satisfying it is. The combination of fiber from the oats and the extra protein from the Fairlife shake keeps me full for hours, which means I’m much less tempted to snack or reach for something sugary before lunch. That’s a huge win while I’m working on healthier habits.
Another bonus? It couldn’t be easier. I mix everything the night before, pop it in the fridge, and breakfast is ready when I wake up. On busy mornings, having one less decision to make makes staying consistent so much easier.
Is it the cheapest breakfast option? No. But for me, convenience is part of what helps me stay on track. When healthy food is already prepared and actually tastes good, I’m far more likely to stick with it.
