I’ve used a lot of cookware over the years, but HexClad has earned a permanent spot in Mai kitchen. I chose to use a photo of sunny-side-up eggs for this review because, let’s be honest, eggs are one of the biggest tests of any nonstick pan. If a pan can cook eggs without them sticking or tearing apart, that’s saying something.
